John Martinez was born in Fresno, California, and attended
Fresno State University where he studied Creative Writing and Spanish literature. Mr. Martinez has over thirty years of experience in Personal Injury Law. He first started as an Attorney Investigator, for a bustling, Mid Wilshire Law Firm, where he handled evidence, statements of witnesses, scene investigation, sub-rosa, and whatever it took to immediately verify and clear liability on, often, difficult cases. He then moved to West Los Angeles, where he worked for another, multi-million dollar firm where he was given administrative and advertising responsibilities. Mr. Martinez’s valued experience and expertise made him an ideal fit for Chief Administrator of Steven A. Lerman & Associates, Inc., a position he has respectfully held since 2003. In addition to Mr. Martinez’s extensive legal background, he is also internationally renowned for his poetry works.
